The numbers in my reports seem to be double what they should be. What's going on?

Chances are that Urchin was run twice on the same log file or portion of log file. Urchin has been designed to run once per log rotation. Contact your Affiliate for more information.

Why doesn't my language control work?

You need to change your language preference in your browser. In Netscape, you can change the language preference by going to Edit/Preferences/Navigator/Languages. In Internet Explorer, you can change the language preferences by going to Internet Options/General/Languages. Note that "language control" refers only to international languages, not to LangTags.

Why are there blank entries and cut off entries on my report?

The Web server does its best to log all activity to your site accurately. However, at times the header information sent to the server by the Web surfer is corrupted or incomplete, and the server is unable to properly log the entry. This can result in missing items and cut off entries in the logs and thereby in Urchin's reports.

Why do pages or domains show up in my reports with zero traffic?

These pages have been accessed at least once during the month and are in the Urchin database. However, they weren't accessed at all during the date range you're currently viewing.
