What types of websites will my ad be posted on?Basically the sites that best fit your websites content, we keep the ads as targeted as possible so you only expose your product to people that have an interest in it.
Are all websites accepted into your program?No we do not allow any of the following (warez, hacking, hate groups, software piracy, or incomplete websites). If your website is not accepted your payment will be fully refunded immediately and you will be notified of the reason why.
How many people will actually read the message?This varies by each campaign and mainly depends on how targeted the visitors are, but our open/click through ratios are well above market average.
How do i know the traffic i paid for is being delivered?We provide a confirmation of when your ad is going out and on select services live stats. You can track the results yourself at anytime by simply reviewing your website stats.
What am I required to provide?Basically only the info you want us to advertise, we can put the campaign together entirely including writing up the promotion text. You will get to approve the ad before it is sent out.
Is what you are doing considered SPAM or Unsolicited Email?No, all of our subscribers have opted in at a partner site to receive information about similar services and upon registration agreed they could be contacted by partner web sites with related promotions.
Where do you get the websites to advertise on?We have formed partnerships with numerous web sites in different fields. We find the web site whose content best fits what you are looking for and send the advertisement to their membership. All our partner web sites membership is prescreened by us to make sure their lists are high quality. Generic campaigns such as community and im broadcast may run on random sites.
What is a hit?A hit occurs when a file is loaded from a web server. Several hits will occur when a web page is loaded ? e.g. one hit for each image on the page and one hit for the page itself. In common usage, however, people are referring to visits when they use the term hit.
What is a visit?A visit occurs when someone loads a web page from your server thus "visiting" your site. The number of hits will always be equal to or greater than the number of visits.
What is an impression?An impression is a single display of a banner ad. For example, 1,000 impressions of a banner implies that the banner was seen 1,000 times. Some traffic services use the term impression to refer to a visit.
How long does it take for my campaign to start?Most campaigns start within just a few hours during our business hours. How long it takes from the time you purchase depends on how many revisions you request to be made to your ad but typically it takes less then 48 hours for everything.
What is your refund policy?Refunds are determined on a per case basis. Generally we can only issue a refund if your campaign has not been started yet. |
