If you right click a fontname in the archive the option should be there. Is it a specific font that don't give you the option - report the error and the fontname at the link provided.

If you are in the archive there is no download button, instead you just click the font name to download the font. Then you will be able to save the font to disk. Alt. can you rightclick the font name and choose save target as...

Just install the font as you normally would. You can use fonts in any program that supports fonts. If you fail to install a font using my directions consult your computers helpfiles.

No, I don't have the entire archive available in one file. The bandwidth is too expensive, so you'll have to download the fonts one by one. I can't sell it either since all font foundrys don't give permission to use the fonts commercially.
