Are the chocolate bars included with the Wrappers?Due to the melting nature of chocolate and because of the shipping expenses involved, we will not ship wrapped chocolate bars. What methods of payment do you accept?We accept PayPal, Money Orders, or Credit Cards. Money Orders must be received before wrappers will be printed. *2Checkout.com is an authorized retailer for goods and services provided by A Great Gift Idea.
How do I place my order?To start the ordering process, click here to request a quote. Once we have all of the details worked out, I will email you a copy (proof) of the design. Once you approve the final design, I will email you a special link to the ordering page. Once you place the order and have made the payment, the printing process will begin.
Will you custom design a wrapper for me?Absolutely! If you don't find exactly what you're looking for in our samples, simply email us with your thoughts and ideas, and we'll create a custom wrapper with your specifications! (Please keep in mind that copyrighted and trademarked artwork cannot be used.)
What shipping method do you use?Orders are sent out via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and will take 2-3 days to arrive at their destination to most of the Continental United States. Actual delivery times will vary and of course I have no control over these shipping times or companies. The only thing I can guarantee is that I will ship your order as soon as it's complete.
Will I be able to see what my wrapper looks like before you ship it?YES! All customers are required to approve the final design before printing will begin. We will send proofs via email. BUT please keep in mind that the quality of the proof when sent via email will not be as clear and the colors may vary slightly to what you will see on your monitor screen.
Can I have a photo/artwork/logo on my wrapper? Is there an extra charge?Sure. There currently is NO additional charge for this service. There is a maximum of 2 of these image items allowed per wrapper -- some wrapped options will not be able to fit 2 though. Your item(s) will be returned with your order if you decide to mail it. It is your responsibility to obtain photo releases for professional photographs. I must have a written release from ...
Once I place my order, how long does it take to arrive?Once you have approved the final proof and we have received your payment, your order will be mailed out within 5-7 business days. If you need it sooner than that, there is a rush order fee of $20.00 which includes express overnight delivery.
What is your return/cancellation policy?If you have ordered a custom-made wrapper (ANYTHING different from our samples), they CANNOT be returned unless there is an error made on our part. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong date or misspell a name, so please verify your dates and spelling of names very carefully. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
