Are all your products Authentic?Yes they are, as stated by all our suppliers. A-KLASS-SHOP specialises in liquidation & factory surplus stock,bankrupt stock, overstock, clearance & cancelled orders. Goods may have slight imperfections. Is there paperwork provided for your products?No, since they are surplus stock & overstock, we are unable to provide paperwork. However, we do have sources whereby, we can get paperwork but prices are much more expensive than without paperwork. Since Paperwork is not provided, how would I know that what Iâ??m getting is Authentic?I suggest that new customers buy smaller quantities (sample: 10pcs, 20pcs, 25pcs), before purchasing in bigger quantities, to ensure satisfaction with the quality of items. However, if you choose to purchase larger orders straight away, then that is also fine with me. How do I place an order?Indicate the product or products you require along with size/s, colour/s and quantity. After receiving your confirmed order, a total price will be finalised. You will then make the payment, through one of our payment methods. Bank Transfer is preferred. What payment methods do you accept?We accept payment by; Bank Transfer (BIC/IBAN), Cheque or Postal Order. (Please ask me for details when ordering) However, we can accept payment by Pppay for amounts of £260 or less. (Please ask me for details when ordering) What are the minimum and maximum quantities for each product available?Individual items: Minimum Quantity is one item & for maximum order, please ask me. Wholesale items: minimum order quantity for the majority of items is 10pcs (considered sample order). For Wholesale maximum order quantities; please contact me, via the contact form. How are products / purchases packed?Products & purchases are packed either in boxes, brown paper wrapping or in mail bags depending on size and weight. Can I choose colours & sizes when buying wholesale?Yes you may. However, sometimes due to heavy demands we can only supply a variety of popular sizes & colours. What is FOB?FOB is Freight on Board. This is the price from the city & country from where it was shipped from. All Shipping Costs to your destination including taxes & duties of your country is 100% your responsibility. I strongly reccommend you use a local customs broker to ensure your goods clear customs. If I purchase in Wholesale, where can I sell these products?There is a market for selling online; on Ebay, Ebid, Tazbar, Ioffer, Amazon Auctions & Yahoo Auctions to name a few. Products can also be sold at the following locations; flea markets, car boot sales & at local shops & stores. How long will it take for Delivery of Wholesale items?Normally, once payment has cleared, it takes between 7 to 14 working days. However, for some items, it could take up to 28 working days. *Saturdays, Sundays, Bank & National Holidays arenâ??t included as working days* What happens if a Wholesale order takes longer than expected?If this occurs, then please be patient & contact me after the stated 14 working days. It is possible that the shipment may have been delayed due to; bad weather, customs or a number of other reasons.
