How can I change the number of hits shown?

This is done with the Hit Count Management form. You can access this form by selecting it from our Customer Online Services menu. Each page with a counter will be listed, and the number of hits reported for each can be changed.

Can I have more than one counter in my account?

Why do I see the same number of hits in counters on different pages? This usually is the result of having two identical counters (with the same options) on multiple pages, thus causing them to be cached. This can be remedied by using dummy variables in the counter tags.
