All submissions are manually reviewed for content and ad guidelines before being entered into the system and queued. Assuming there are no problems with the submitted page, you can expect to start receiving traffic in about 2 to 3 business days (depending on current volume levels).

How long does it take to receive all of the visitors I've purchased?

Campaign length will vary by current traffic levels at network sites and categories chosen. For smaller traffic volumes, this can sometimes be a matter of days. Unless otherwise notified on very large orders, all traffic is guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days.
