Do you accept payments weekly?Our billing system is geared to monthly intervals between payments. A billing statement is sent out on a monthly basis. (Exceptions can be made in hardship cases.)
Do you bill before or after service is rendered?All service is prepaid, via an initial deposit. The deposit is usually for one month of anticipated services. Per a signed agreement, services rendered for the succeeding months are billed at the end of each month.
What if the client wants to terminate service before the end of the month?They can do this by giving ten days written notice. A refund will be made for all days of service not rendered, less the "administrative start-up fee" applicable only during the first month. After the first service period month, a full refund will be made for any unused days. Refund payments will be sent within 30 days of the last day of service.
