How do my Text Messaging and message waiting indicator work when I am roaming in the U.S. or abroad?You can send and receive text messages just as you do at home, and you will also receive text messages indicating that you have voice or fax messages waiting for you. When sending messages from overseas, just remember that all messages should be sent using the international dialing format, i.e., including the "+" symbol (+1416XXXXXXX for a Toronto number).
