What if I decide I don't want my shipment or it is unable to be delivered by UPS or Postal Service?If you place an order and I ship it, I expect that you will accept it. If you refuse the delivery, or the Postal Service or UPS can not deliver it and the package is returned to me, you will be charged the shipping rate that I am charged for the delivery to you and the return to my office. I also charge a 20% restocking fee on returned orders.
