What's the fastest way to get in the door for a show?If you're over 21, we welcome patrons in first who have dinner and drinks in the Green Room (our small lounge space adjacent to the Showbox, open for Happy Hour at 5pm everyday there is a show upstairs!) prior to a show. What happens if I do not show up at the establishment for my reservation?If you simply do not show up at the establishment (no-show), and you do not contact us with at least 24hrs notice before your expected arrival date, you will be charged a full 1 Night Room & Tax for each room you have reserved, by the accommodation, plus a 15? processing fee by EnGrande. There will be no refund of the amount prepaid online.
Can the system show who's talking in a room full of people with a speakerphone?No. The system can only show you which line is talking, so anyone talking in that room will show up as the room talking. There is no reliable way for the system to automatically identify individual speakers sharing a single phone line.

What information can I obtain regarding a room?RoomSearch shows the details of a classroom including a picture of the room, courses scheduled in the room for a quarter (course, time, instructor, current enrollment and seats offered), which college schedules the room, and characteristics of the room (e.g. chalkboard vs. whiteboard, campus phone in room, etc.). RoomSearch does not show events scheduled in the rooms.
How much space do you need for a birthday party show?After years and years of experience in all settings, I can perform my show in almost any room of your house or apartment. I only need a couple of feet between the audience and me, thus ensuring that everyone will be able to see and there will be room for children to help me at the front.
What are the numbers next to each room?These numbers show how many users are in the room at that time. When you click on any room button, you will see the names of the visitors in this room.
What if the show I want to attend is full?Please choose a show that has room enough for your party. We have limited the number of participants for each show. When the tent is too crowded, many people miss out on the interactions and key elements of the experience. |
